Heather is your go-to from the first phone call through your consultation. She works closely with Dr. Hussaini to present treatment plans tailored to each patient. As Office Manager, she helps keep the practice running smoothly—and you might even catch her gloved up, jumping in chairside when needed.
Favorite Part of the Job: “I’ve been in ortho for over 18 years, and I love every part of it!”

Outside the Office: Heather stays busy with her three beautiful children, loves park days and pool time, and never misses a Pittsburgh Steelers game (yes, she’s that fan yelling at the TV).
Position: Financial Coordinator

Angela welcomes patients with a smile, provides top-tier customer service while handling the financial side of care, and helps schedule patients.

Outside the Office: “I have 2 dogs and 1 cat they’re my cute little fury babies. On my free time I love to go on walks. I also love to color and binge watch movies.”
Position: Lead Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

Jennifer assists with everything from wires and x-rays to patient education and lab work. She’s hands-on in helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment.
Favorite Part of the Job: “Building one-on-one relationships and watching smile transformations.”

Outside the Office: Jennifer loves baking, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Position: Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

Jocelyn supports Dr. Hussaini by preparing patients for procedures, taking x-rays & photographs, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining lab work such as the fabrication of retainers and clear aligners. She assists during treatments by performing orthodontic adjustments, assisting with bonding procedures, and ensuring patient comfort.
Favorite Part of the Job: “I love the part when a patient walks in on debond day, super excited to finally get their braces or aligner attachments removed. There’s also nothing more satisfying than fabricating retainers for our patients!”
Why She Loves Working with Dr. Hussaini: “Dr. Hussaini is a supportive and approachable doctor who has fostered a calm, collaborative, and patient-focused work environment. His easy-going nature allows me to thrive in my role.”
Outside the Office: Jocelyn loves watching all kinds of horror and rom-com movies, and eating Asian cuisine. Her absolute favorite thing to do is spend all the time in the world with her husband and son.

Sam helps with bonding, x-rays, digital scans, and managing lab work for retainers and aligners. He’s all about precision and patient comfort.
